Before You Register

New Members
Organizations that are not yet ETC members must first purchase an annual membership before registering for the conference.→ [Become an ETC Member] Once your membership is active, return to this page, sign in with your credentials, and complete your conference registration. 

Active Members
If your organization has an active ETC membership, you do not need to purchase another membership. Log in using your existing account and register for ETC 2027.

Membership renewals are handled separately. When your annual membership is due, you'll automatically receive an automated renewal invoice with payment instructions.

Second delegate:
DOS member companies are limited to two delegates unless participating as an ETC sponsor. The second delegate must be employed by and represent the same legal entity under a single company/organization name and associated brand logo.

Membership and conference registration may not be shared, divided, or combined across multiple organizations, affiliated brands, subsidiaries, parent companies, or partner organizations. If individuals are representing separate legal entities or brands, each organization must maintain its own ETC membership and register separately for the conference.

Sponsors may be eligible to register additional delegates according to their sponsorship benefits.
